Homeis is a worldwide platform for immigrants. It is designed to address all their needs, so they can feel at home wherever they are.
Many of our users had small-medium businesses, and we wanted to help grow their business and make their community stronger, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The idea was to build a unique promotional board for each and every community: homeis Deals

I've built this feature from scratch, therefore comprehensive research and strategy were much needed.
I started collecting the data:

What businesses would we like to have in the future?

Additional logics and enhancements to the feature have been developed so that it can be integrated with other entities in the system, like carousels, stories, and activations.
The feature was very successful and contributed to many small and medium-sized businesses around the world.
From the new data, we could learn a lot about our users, business owners, the community, and their needs.
We could see the trends, what our users were interested in, which deals were most viewed, how many shared, how many saved, we measured the CTA clicks, and how many chats were opened with each business.
Using my custom made dashboards for monitoring, making improvements, and identifying opportunities was a daily part of my job.
